Warbler Wander – Guided Walk at Seasalter to South Swale Reserve
We may have said goodbye to our winter birds for this year but there is still plenty of wildlife to see and hear along our coastline. Join us for a gentle guided walk along the sea wall towards the South Swale reserve and discover more about the birds that spend summer here.
We will be meeting by Seasalter Sailing Club on Faversham Road ready to start the walk at 10.30am. During this 2 hour walk there will be plenty of stops to observe the birds we spot along the way. With hints and tips on identifying birds by sight and sound this walk is suitable for all ages and abilities.
The walk will be on flat ground but the paths can be muddy if it has been raining so please wear suitable shoes. There is parking on Faversham Road which is payable via the RingGo app and there are also public toilets there too. Well behaved dogs are welcome on our walks but they must be kept on a lead to avoid disturbance.
It is free to attend our walks but spaces are limited so book your place here.
