Guided Birdwatching Walk – Oare Marshes

Join us during the Great Kentish Bird Off for a gentle walk around the reserve with time to stop and observe the birds we spot along the way. The walk is suitable for beginners and experienced birders alike. Well behaved dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a lead to avoid disturbance.
Meeting place – Oare Marshes Nature Reserve, Church Road, Oare, Faversham ME13 0QA
Time – 10:30am to 12:30pm
Parking – parking at the reserve
Facilities – There are no toilet facilities at this location – the nearest ones are in the pubs and cafe in Oare village or at the nearby Sainsburys superstore.
Type of walk – A loop around the reserve. Paths are fairly flat but can be muddy if it has been raining so suitable footwear is recommended
It is free to attend our walks, but spaces are limited so please book your spot to avoid disappointment using our Eventbrite page here.
