Great Coastal Birdwatch Walk at RSPB Cliffe Pools
Join us during the Great Coastal Birdwatch 2024 to celebrate the return of our winter migratory birds as they come back to our coastline in north Kent.
This walk will take us around the RSPB Cliffe Pools reserve. Meeting in the main car park next to the noticeboard, we will walk out on the pathways between the various pools. The Rangers will be on hand to help identify the different birds we see and explain all about their migratory journeys and the habitats they depend on.
Due to the ground conditions which will be muddy and uneven when it has been raining, this walk may not be suitable for those with limited mobility and suitable walking footwear is recommended. We will be out for approximately 2 hours with limited opportunities to sit down during the walk.
Parking in the main car park is free. There are no toilets on site but the closest ones are in Cliffe village.
It is free to attend our walks but places are limited so booking is essential via our Eventbrite page here.
Well behaved dogs are welcome but they must be kept on a lead to avoid disturbing the birds we are looking at.
