We had a great time at this fantastic festival in 2021 so are excited to return this year.

Held on Saturday 23 September at Sun Pier and the surrounding area of Chatham from 11am-5pm, it will celebrate the history of the River Medway.  There will be plenty to keep all the family entertained both on the water and alongside and the chance to learn more about the fascinating history of the area surrounding Sun Pier.

Bird Wise will be there to showcase the amazing wildlife found in the area and will have our telescope on hand to record sightings through the day.  Last time we were treated to Kingfishers so fingers crossed we see them again!  We’ll also have free bird-themed activities to have a go at.
