Beginners Birdwatching Walk – Faversham Creek

Join us to celebrate Faversham’s Active Walking Month for a gentle walk around the creek and surrounding area with time to stop and observe the birds we spot along the way. This walk is suitable for beginners and experienced birders alike. Well behaved dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a lead to avoid disturbance.

Meeting place – Standard Quay car park, Faversham ME13 7BS
Time – 10:30-12:30
Parking – Parking at the quay is free for the first 2 hours. There are pay and display car parks in the town.
Facilities – There are toilets at the quay along with plenty of places to stop for a coffee.
Type of walk – Circular walk using the footpath along the quay and paths around the surrounding fields. Paths are flat but can be muddy if it has been raining so suitable footwear is recommended

It is free to attend our walks, but spaces are limited so please book your spot to avoid disappointment via our Eventbrite page here..
