SUMMARY:12 Walks of Christmas – Lower Halstow
DESCRIPTION:Through the festive season this year join us to escape the Christmas chaos for a gentle walk around the coastline with time to stop and observe the birds we spot along the way. The walk is suitable for beginners and experienced birders alike. Well behaved dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a lead to avoid disturbance.\nMeeting place – by the entrance to The Brickfields on Lapwing Drive, Lower Halstow\nTime – 1pm to 3pm\nParking – parking on Lapwing Drive\nFacilities – There are no toilet facilities at this location – the nearest ones are in the Three Tuns pub in the village\nType of walk – Out and back on the pathway along the waters edge. Paths are fairly flat but can be muddy if it has been raining so suitable footwear is recommended\nIt is free to attend our walks, but spaces are limited so please book your spot to avoid disappointment.  Booking is via our Eventbrite page here. ( https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/beginners-birdwatching-walk-at-lower-halstow-tickets-1975487426070?aff=oddtdtcreator )\nFinal confirmation and instructions will be emailed 24 hours before the walk.\n
