SUMMARY:12 Walks of Christmas – Leysdown
DESCRIPTION:Through the festive season this year join us to escape the Christmas chaos for a gentle walk around the coastline with time to stop and observe the birds we spot along the way. The walk is suitable for beginners and experienced birders alike. Well behaved dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a lead to avoid disturbance.\nMeeting place – Shellness Road, Leysdown.  Look out for our van in the parking spaces.\nTime – 1pm\nParking – free parking on site\nFacilities – There are no toilet facilities at this location but there are public toilets and cafes in Leysdown which you’ll pass on the way.\nType of walk – Out and back on the pathway along the waters edge. Paths are fairly flat but can be muddy if it has been raining so suitable footwear is recommended\nIt is free to attend our walks, but spaces are limited so please book your spot to avoid disappointment.  Booking is via our Eventbrite page here. ( https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/beginners-birdwatching-walk-at-leysdown-tickets-1975437433541?aff=oddtdtcreator )\nFinal confirmation and instructions will be emailed 24 hours before the walk.\n
